Sing for Life 2025 - Fundraising and/or Choir Registration

Thanks for coming to the Sing for Life information and Sign-up Page. Sing for Life is like a fundraising Walk, but we sing to raise dollars instead. Do you love to gather with God's people and worship the Lord in song together? Great! You don't have to sing in the choir to participate--it's up to you! Join the Choir OR sing in the congregation.

KIDS HAVE A BIG PART TO PLAY TOO! Do you know any kids who would enjoy singing in our GREAT BIG KIDs' CHOIR? Sign them up and we'll get you all the follow-up info needed.

The Family of God in the St Pete area will join together to raise funds for the work of The Next STEPP Center by Singing together in a Worship Gathering on June 21st, 2025 at Bethel Metropolitan church of St Petersburg. We will have one large, combined choir made up of individuals 13 years and up, and groups from all the participating churches. The Gathering will also feature a great big kids choir with children up to age 12! Don't worry! You don't have to be a trained singer to sing in the choir, but if you prefer to participate in the fundraising or support someone else's fundraising efforts and worship in the congregation instead of the choir, that's great, too!

Just so you know, STEPP stands for Services to Those Experiencing Pregnancy and Parenting. Next STEPP is a ministry that has worked on behalf of the Church in St Pete for over 30 years, as the community's only Gospel Centered Medical Pregnancy Resource Center. We come alongside women and men who are experiencing unintended pregnancy to empower them to choose life for their babies and prepare for the challenges of parenthood, all in the name of Christ. All of Next STEPP's services, including medical, are free to participants, but very expensive to provide. The more that we all, as God's people, give to support this work, the greater impact can be made in the lives of the families we serve.

Being a Sing for Life Fundraiser isn't just Simple and Fun--it's Life Saving and Life Changing!

There's two basic methods you can use to be a successful Fundraiser--it's up to you. You can use either way, but a combination of both is usually the most effective. You can:

  1. Ask your friends, family members, and work and business associates to make a gift and collect their checks, cash, credit card numbers (or Cash App) and pledges. It might start with an initial email, letter or card, followed up by a personal phone call or visit. Or;
  2. Use the power of our online giving platform to have your own personalized giving page

Once you register your team, or as a team member below, you will get an email with a log-in link to your own Giving page. It can be personalized with your Fundraising Goal, your own story, and even photos and/or a YouTube video. You will be provided with an address for your page and a QR code that your supporters can scan to go to your page. You can even have your own text-to-give keyword that will send donors to your giving page!

Please remember, if you don't want to sing as part of the choir, no worries! You can enjoy listening to others singing and worship along with them.

Think about what an important thing we are doing--working together as God's Family to protect God's tiniest and most helpless image bearers, and helping families to wholeness!  As we all work together raise support for this mission, we are empowering families to choose life and grow into the wholeness God intends for them, through the free services that Next STEPP provides.
